Caribbean Airlines increasing flights this summer
Caribbean
Airlines has announced a further expansion of its service to New York
from this summer in response to what it said was increased demand for
its service.
The Trinidad carrier will launch a third daily service to John F.
Kenney International Airport, starting July 1st. It already offers two
daily flights to New York.
The company said that based on customer demand, it expected high loads for the summer season on all its flights.
"We've managed to rapidly gain market share in New York City," said
Caribbean Airlines Chief Executive Officer, Philip Saunders.
"The addition of a third daily flight will offer more flexibility, a
better schedule and choice to travellers as well as a greater choice of
connections in Port-of-Spain to other Caribbean and South American
destinations as we develop our network."
Caribbean Airlines also announced that it will offer nine flights every week to Toronto, Canada from April 15th. Sourcee: Caribbean360.com
